We're based in Victoria, but The Help Room works remotely, so we can support businesses anywhere in Australia. Think of us as part of your team, just not sitting in your office - although if you'd like us sitting in your office on occasion we can absolutely discuss!
Easy - we use email, phone calls, video calls and shared tools like Google Drive, Slack, Dialpad and Trello (or whatever you prefer). You’ll always know what’s happening, and we will feel just like a regular team member, without needing a desk in your office.
Not at all. We’ve worked with all sorts of businesses - from consultants and tradies to local shops and service providers. If you run a small business, we can help.
We take confidentiality seriously. Everything is handled securely and professionally - your data, logins and business details are protected. Please email us for additional details and a copy of our information security management system.
Nope. We offer flexible support - ongoing or project-based. You only keep us around for as long as we're helpful (though most clients stick around once they see the difference).
