What We Do
Running a business is rewarding, but the admin, compliance and tech headaches aren’t. That’s where The Help Room steps in. We take on the tasks that eat up your time - from building smart, easy-to-manage websites, to streamlining systems, to handling high-level admin and compliance.
Our clients are often busy owners of local and small businesses who want more time to focus on the work they love (or maybe even sneak in a weekend off). We bring the skills, systems and support to make that happen.

Who’s Behind The Help Room
The Help Room is founded and managed by Theresa, who swapped city life for a small country town - but still commutes regularly to Melbourne to work with clients face-to-face.
She’s joined by her black Labrador, Polly Waffle, who hasn’t quite mastered spreadsheets yet, but excels in moral support and reminding everyone when it’s time for a break and a biscuit.
